Fig Salad




1 1/2 c mixed greens
3 figs, quartered
2 T chopped pecans
1-2 oz goat cheese, crumbled
1 -2 T honey balsamic vinaigrette (recipe below)

Honey Balsamic Vinaigrette
1 1/2 t balsamic vinegar
1/2 t olive oil
1/2 t honey
salt and pepper to taste
